How it works

Connect
Create a free account, choose a Social plan, then connect your Instagram account or Facebook Page. Auto-replies start in practice mode: they are checked and shown to you, and nothing is sent.
- Step 2
Set up your first reply
Set up your Link Hub, write your first auto-reply and approve the facts your assistant may use. On Social Pro, plan and schedule your posts too.
- Step 3
Replies handled
Auto-replies answer the words you chose. The assistant drafts, waits for your OK or answers by itself, as you decide. Everything else waits for you in the inbox.
Questions
Which accounts can I connect?
Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages. A TikTok account can be added for its follower and video figures only.
Will it send anything without me?
Only what you set up. Auto-replies stay in practice mode until you tell us you are ready and Gimedia switches your replies on. The assistant only drafts unless you choose otherwise, and even then it answers by itself only when every sentence comes from a fact you approved.
What does it cost?
Creating an account is free, and so is Link Hub. Social itself is a paid plan, monthly or yearly. You see the plans and their prices once you have signed up.
